How to set up my lathe with Mach 3 Turn

Hy,  Im new Mach 3 turn user and i couldn't set up my lathe. With Jogging is Ok but to set up the axxis and to corigate the real and program's measured units its something wrong. How can I set up the origin pont for the axes?
   Someone can help ME? Pls

You need to calculate the steps per unit and enter that into the motor tuning window.

You could use the axis calibration feature or calculate the required steps per unit as Hood suggested, but either way confirm that they are correct.
You can find a nice units calculator in Member's Doc's.
