Tool Path Display

Hello Group,Art;

Still new to Mach3 and was going over some early tutorials and came across one that showed the tool as a green conical shaped Icon tracing out the path of the material being cut ( The famous RoadRunner) The Icon was also spinning around when the spindle was turned on in Mach3 ( I really liked the animation)

I'm working on a licensed mach3 on my laptop that is not wired up to my cnc , I use this computer to design projects and run tests before loading the G-code file on the computer that controls my cnc.

Also, my spindle (Router) is not controlled by Mach3.

Could this be the reason I can't get the Icon to show on Mach3 when running a test program and or the fact that my spindle is not controlled by Mach3?

Thanking everyone in advance

Jerry
