Hi,

Is there any possibility to control flying saw by using mach3 brains?

Link for ex. here http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=v_DaiTfZ8oc&NR=1

Thanks in advance....

There is 2 (X and Y) axis and 1 main axis(as a spindle).
There is an encoder to synchronize Y axis speed and main axis.
X  is the cutting axis.

Is there any road map to realize it? Any ideas...

No you cannot do it LIKE they do it as MAch3 cannot sync an axis to an encoder under gcode control.  I only see 2 axis, the cutting axis and the traveling axis.

It could be done but will NOT be as efficent or as smooth as what you showed as an example. Also the motion will have to be programmed as Gcode.

Just a thought, (;-) TP
