X.Z and A all move to home position with X and Z backing off .25" as they are supposed to.  A is staying at home as it is supposed to.  Y and B are slaved together Y moves toward home switch but B doesn't move.   Slaved motors work fine during normal operations.  Y and B should move to home position until Y reaches switch and then both stop.

Can you post your xml for us to see?

On that xml, Y and B are not slaved and the motor tuning for the two are not the same. I can't check it like I would like, not enough dro's.

Here is file with Y and B set equal.  Confirmed that Bis running slaved in normal operations.  If I read it correctly motor 2 is primary with 1 slave but mo motor is listed as slave.  No web access available at this time.

I think we have a bad XML upload. The problem could be coming from my end, not sure. Can you upload it one more time.

Also I tried to set X,Y,Z and A lower case as hotkeys to home their respective axis.   

Check to see that you have the same homing %speed and that you have the Homing turned on for the B axis

If I read this correctly, you have only one homing switch for Y?   In that case, you need to have a homing switch for both Y AND B.
then to syncronize them to keep the two sides in line, move one or the other switch until they make your gantry square.

I hope this is what you are takling about....
