waiting/calculation time inbetween passes
« on: March 05, 2013, 07:01:32 AM »
Hi Guys,

I am looking for a solution for my problem:

At the end of each pass  my tool is not moving for lets say half a second : this causes extra wear of my tools. (using g01 codes)

(Mach3 seems to need some execution/calculation time before starting the next pass)

Do i need a faster computer or can i use a command/change settings  that speeds things up?

thanks
Mark

Post your code and xml file and I'll take a look.  Sounds like you have some weirdness going on.

Simulating your code here in your profile, I see no delay.  Have you checked your backlash?

Hi Mark and Brett
it's not CV causing this.
In General Config you checked " Z is 2,5 D on Output #6 "
UNCHECK this
