CNC won't run! HELP

Our computer crashed and we had to have a new one built, we hooked it up and downloaded mach 3 but our plasma cutter will not run now, any help would be appreciated, i don't know much about these machines as I am new to the cnc world!

Any chance you have a back up copy of your xml file or can you retreive it form your old hard drive?
