Please help.

Could anyone help me with some screen shots on how mach 3 is set up using the printer port.  i have my cable in the LP1 slot on back of the machine. but when i look into the config page of mach 3 i think it says iam suppose to be using com1.  It was running ok last week before my comp. udated itself. Could someone please help a dummy out. thanks jeff   334-296-2353

Port 1 or Port 2 is what Mach calls them and it does not matter what windows calls it, what is important is the address.
Standard address of an onboard parallel port is 0378, you can check to see if yours is set at that by looking in device manager in windows.
