I have a problem with task of make the zero machine ajust.
 It task always worked well, but since I "put on" the 4th axis,it does all the work.
 If I push REF ALL HOME, MAch3 move the X, Y and Z and light green LEDs indicating which are indexed when each axis touch the limits switch , but when this three axes finish, all the leds greens turn red and dont are ready for use software limits.
 The lEDs of all axes is now red and I'm not willing that the machine coordinates are well referenced.
 The 4th axis is rotary.
 If I remove the 4th axis use,this task work fine again. Make same and when Z Axe touch limit switchs all leds tare green and I can use software limits
 I dont know where indicate to Mach3 that the 4th axis must not make the process of resetting the machine coordinate. Can anyone help?

If you disable the Home switch for the A it will work?
So do you have a home switch on the A?

I havent limit switch in my 4º axe, but I have this input disabled.I only have enabled the step and dir pins, and when I do this REF ALL HOME dont finish the job. Where is the task of this order, is a G code order? Maybe a macro?

Please attach your xml and I will have a look and see if there is a problem in your config.
