What you really are asking is how do configure Turbo CNC based on Mach3 configuration.
They are two different controlling programs. The Turbo CNC manual gives specific info as to how configure an axis in Turbo CNC ( which is a DOS based program).
This site provides support for Artsoft / Mach3 software and should one desire to go to the dark side then I suggest using Dak's resources site for that info.
