Thanks, I will alter those numbers later today to see what change happens. When it plunges, it is about 3/4" deep.

I did the line by line cutting and line N40 was when it plunged. So I assume it is the tool offset I have not figured out correctly.

Looks like you're calling G43H1 correctly, all you need to do now is be sure you've got your TLO's set correctly. We just came out with a very good setter to use, very affordable, and very accurate, best of all it's easy to use. Check it out at;
