Tiny computer for MACH

The tiny embedded computer (1x  Printer port and GPIO) special for CNC,
support Windows XP and MACH 3
NCBox-189 that comes with 1 GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, CF slot (bootable), 3 x USB, LAN, VGA, PS/2, LPT port and additional GPIO, 5V to 24V
size : 115 x 115 x 35 mm (palm size)

the retail price will be around USD 250.00 and there is 2 LPT come with, one is physical LPT port and 2nd can use GPIO port as red connector.

no any O/S pre-install, it is regular PC standard, easy to install Windows or Linux

the CPU is embedded to avoid viberation , there is no chance to replace faster CPU

OK, what does GPIO stand for and what would plug into it for a 2nd parallel port?
