Graphics screen
« on: April 16, 2012, 01:09:47 PM »
Hi All,
Been running Mach 3 on my (almost fully) converted Denford Orac lathe for a couple of months now and no real problems except I do not have the component on the graphics display, the tool path is there but no component graphic, it was there when I first ran it and now its disappeared! what have I done wrong, and can I get it back? lol
Thanks,
Wayne (making blanking plugs for brake master cylinders right now!!)

 :) Hi,
Go to Config /ToolPath and make sure Show Lathe Objet is checked.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, but config/toolpath, lathe object is enabled and was enabled, still no stock showing on graphics window, only toolpath. Anything else to check? BTW it is licenced version on my lathe and I have an unlicensed version on my desktop and that, also has no stock showing on graphics window.
ATB,
Wayne

The lathe toolpath is often poor and if you have internal toolpaths the stock will never show correctly. If you post a pic of what you see and maybe also the code I will see what it looks like on my machine.
