We don't have a Plasma screen :( We need to get one done!  If there is some one that would like to make up a screen I will give them free support for life :)

Brian, Hi....I know you don't have a supported plasma screen, but the one that loads with the newer releases of Mach3 seems to do all I need for the present time, seeing that I'm not using a THC.

After I upgraded to R2.0.31 the screens were all messed up. Since I've been trying to learn how the screens work and how to modify or build screens, I discovered the files PlasmaMain.jpg, plasmaMDI.jpg, and PlasmaPath.jpg at path "C:\Mach3\Bitmaps\MillBitmaps" had been changed, causing this problem. I downgraded to R2.0.29 and copied these files, then paste them into the later releases as I upgrade and the screens are fine in the plasma set. This post may help others who might have been using this unsupported "plasma.set" and then lost their functional screens during an upgradeto R2.0.31 or later.

If I learn enough about screen design and all the associated functions of the screens and then find time to work on it, maybe I'll create a simple plasma set with the same basic functions as the one on my Torchmate machine, which works well.

Thanks for all the good work....Herb

Herb,
Thank you for finding the problem! We have a flash screen that we are starting to test and if this works out you may get a new plasma screen ;)

Yes you can just add a button with OEM 108 for feed rate increase, OEM109 for decrease and OEM1014  for the Reset button.
