override tool change auto zero macro?
« on: February 24, 2012, 01:43:59 AM »
During a tool change how do I override the invoking of the auto-zero macro when inserting a tool that won't contact the probe plate properly (e.g. a slitting saw) or when the cutting tool is offset from the spindle enough to miss the probe plate altogether  (e.g. single point flycutter, indexable boring bar, etc.) ?
thanks...

The AutoZero you mention is not a standard part of Mach. That means it is likely part of your M6macro which has been customised by you or your supplier so you will need to alter it.
