absolute or incremental  Isn't there a Mach checkbox for this?
In Mach the tabs at the top of the screen:
Config> General Config > tick the distance  mode you want ( second column about mid way down)  and save settings

Ok, cut my first part. Perfect circle... But I tried to cut a .862" dia with a 3/4" endmill. Circle ended up being .838".

Why would this be?

A few things to look at:

-Is it a "true" circle (measure the diameter in a few places)?
-Have you confirmed your steps per inch settings for your motors to be sure they're correct?
-Accurate measurment of the endmill?
