Is anything available for mach that lets you keep track of machine hours or distance traveled, what programs are run and when, time and travel of different tools used?

Sorry there is no tool life management built into mach3.

Yes  Machine Hours
Yes  Axis totall distance
Yes # of M3 starts
****Using Mach3 Maintainance window****
Yes WOrklog, including program name, start time end time date, tool changes
Yes tool useage, with Cam support
**** Using CB and Cam****************
Rolling it ALL into a good Tool useage program would be UP TO YOU.

It could be done BUT it is NOT a standard MACH3 function.

Just a thought(;-) TP

I found this thread http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,14864.0.html and it's enough to get me started....but I don't see any of the values in the maintenance window listed as DROs anywhere - am I missing something?
