Hello Fabio:
I have checked your license in the database. Im sorry to tell you that your license
was posted on the usenet users groups last month. It is the responsibility of every user to
protect their license. Your license is now in use all over europe , and as such has been turned off.
The policy on pirated licenses is strict, that license will not be reactivated. The cost of replacement
is to purchase a new license. (and keep it secure.)
Im sorry for the trouble, but the only way for a license to get into circulation, is for the user to give
it to someone else to use. Whoever has access to yours posted it on the internet for all to use.
We do not redo licenses that have been found to be pirated, it has been tagged in the database,
and discontinued as a valid license. I suggest you find whoever distributed it, and have them purchase
you a new license. Pirated licenses are usually found within days, and several have been turned off
as a result. Im sorry for the trouble, but we need to control such things, and can have little tolerance
when a user loses control of his or her license. I hope you understand our reasoning behind this. My
license policy is about as generous as they get, but when posted on the internet, it is shut off forever.
Thanks
Art
