Your workmanship is truly remarkable.
One thing which you haven't mentioned here, which I think is absolutely amazing, is that you cut down one side of all the (black painted) 2 1/2" angle, ground the top surface flat and then ground the 'V' rails all with a hand held Bosh angle grinder. OK, I know you used a homemade jig but it is still a monumental task to complete.
You Guys have my total admiration.
