i have small problem
in feedrate about 1500~2000 mm/Min ,When I press the pause button ,malfunctioning  and should do it again.
In other words ,i must press twice.
Where is the problem ?
my version is R3.042.020

There have been times in the past that a double press was needed but I have not heard of any recent revisions with that issue.
Do you definitely have to press twice or could it just be it is taking a bit longer to feedhold due to the higher feedrate and you pressing twice makes it seem its needing the double press?

Amir you may have to drop your look ahead down to 1 to get a faster pause.

yes Hood. i need press twice in high feedrate, i dont have problem in low feedrate.

Look ahead is on General Config page, set it to 2 or so and see if it helps.

Exactly as it says, it looks ahead in the code and takes it into account for planning.
I doubt that it will help for you though if you are certain that you have to press twice to get the feedhold to work.

The look ahead also stacks the ouput buffer based partly on the look ahead size. The more look ahead the larger the buffer load to a point. That is why a large look ahead may take longer to respond to a feedhold. Where as a short look ahead responds faster.
