Thoughts?

I've attached the Rhino file in question.

This the  item I am trying to cut on my machine. 6 years a-building and now to figure out how to make it work for me.

I may have the Mach 2 post processor installed instead of mach 3 is that a possible issue?

Normally H will follow a G43 for the tool number offset

If you have tool number 5 in spindle, you have G43 H5

As another "Beginner", can some one answer this... I have Mach3, LazyCam and a Sherline Mill. Can anyone tell me if the LazyCam manual will be out soon and if not, what is a CAM program with some good docs so I can figure out what the heck I'm doing!!! I got a AutoCAD drawing, ran it through LazyCAM and got the G-code. Put it into Mach3 and ran it and the machine went crazy! Would be nice if someone could point me towards some type documentation so I can figure this out. PLEASE remember I need docs that are understandable by a person NEW to ALL the jargon!! Thanks.

Welcome to a learning curve of which there is no shortcut. That said, the LC manual will certainly help, but you need to read it and use it.
If you get hung up on some verbage, post the word / verbage and we'll try to reply in laymans terms.

Appreciate the info. I will be reading the manual. Just as a note. I had been reading posts on the site and got the impression the manual was not done yet. Glad it is! Thanks again.

The last manual update was almost a year ago. It covers what it covers, and since LC is no longer being developed, I have no great
ambition to update it for the other modules or it's use. Since LazyTurn ( going on 3rd year of developement ) will replace the
LC Turn module, i may just delete that section at some time.

So it will be what it is....... ;)
