Hi to all. I have found a serial card of interface in the site
www.cncitalia.net realized through a microcontroller PIC18F452. Could Mach3 pilot a serial card and like? Thanks, Giordano.

I See!! I don't know if the Cam from this will work in Mach 3... This software can run a machine and has Cam built in so I think it is going to make code for it's self.
There could be others out there that have used it in the past.
