Hi all,
I am new to this, not only the forum but running a CNC machine. Over the winter I  have had a small mill built. In the last few days I have run a program to surface the main board and to cut the hole pattern for my hold downs. I have cut a template using the next program. My question is when I ran the template program for a fourth time the profile has grown approximately 20mm all round, Why? What have I clicked that I should not have.

Make sure you dont have any scaling in effect.
