Are you looking at machine coords? Do you have AutoZero chosen in Homing and Limits? Do you have a Home Off value set, if you do your machine Coords DRO will show that.

If you are talking about the Abnormal Condition just double click it and select OK, it is a real PITA as far as I am concerned as it warns you that you are not in your normal running condition but if you change something intentionally it will throw a warning and it gets people worried if they dont realise that is why.

The mach coords should be zero when you are at your home switches, your offset zero can be any place on the table you choose and have told it to be.

I have the offset to 0 0 0 XY&Z I double click on the yellow flasher and say it's okay but it keeps coming back.  Smnall problem, My part is in the middle of the table as far as Mach is concerned when I show the job it show the part as usual but when I flip to the other view I see the table and the job is nearly in the middle of the table not at 0?

What I am meaning is where is the X Y  zero in your code in relation to the actual cutting in the part.
