interrupts
« on: January 24, 2010, 02:48:04 PM »
hey everyone,
i have been running mach 3 for several months now (mach 2 on another machine)
using a K2cnc, here is the problem...
i have run the same files many, many times perfectly, but every now and then , the machine gets a interrupt(stop)
in the middle of a cut, all the stops are very random and at different points,
everything is grounded well
i get them at diff. cutting speeds etc. i thought it might be a jarring motion setting off the limit switches but
i have run at faster speeds with no problem !
it is so intermittent and random i am stumped !
any help ?

Increase the debounce interval to  2000 and see if it helps, if so reduce until you get the problem again then increase slightly. You will find that setting on the General Config page, top right hand side.
