Have look at the LazyTurn Manual - Appendix "B" located in Members Docs. I t talks about common mistakes made in CAD.  The errors are generic.

Hello Chip,
      tried out the gcode for the distributor rocker, matl used as a test was Delrin, the finished sizes were spot on, I will probably make the real part from Bakerlite or Tufnol, I would like to thank you for getting me going, and at the same time I have picked up a few learning curves for myself,

When I get the parts finished and assembled I will attach a photo, in the mean time here are a couple of photos attached to give you some idea,

Just post a picture of the motor when your done. Looks good so far.
Any problems with LazyCam just ask.

     I am having a little problem with transferring from LazyCam into Mach3, have success with the dxf in lazycam but after loading into mach no code, the lazycam project column informs that posting file, attaching to mach3, no mach3 found running, posting file complete, but no picture or gcode in Mach3,

any ideas what is wrong?, can I contact you by phone tonight after 9 pm your time?,
