Keyboard Disabled
« on: September 11, 2009, 05:00:02 PM »
OK at this stage everything seems to be working.

I have set up a hot key for the big red reset button and it works great.

But when i have focus on the MDI line this button no longer works.

Anyone have any clues, it seems strange as Mach is expecting keyboard input.

Thanks

Much better to use the Digital I/O of the PoKeys rather than HotKeys in my opinion.

Sorry i did not explain correctly, they are set as digital ?

Or did you mean attach VB code to the button

Do you have that buttons mapped to the E-Stop input in Mach?
Or is that not what you are meaning by "I have set up a hot key for the big red reset button and it works great."

Hi Hood i am using it just as a hotkey.

I would be interested to know how to configure it to an actual pin input

Thanks
Phil

You can do it either via a Brain or the OEM triggers.
