Well the -Z 39000 bug stil pops up now and again but checking the diagnostics BEFORE I run the code as recommended by Chip seems to be an acceptable work-around.

BTW Chip, I spent a while trying to set multipl layers in Lcam, I can generate the layer no problem but every time I click set layer (NOT set all layers) it changes the dpth on all layers. So again, either a bug, or a need to buy the full version :(

Yeah I was figuring I need to re-install it. Hopefully that'll take car of it :)
