Hi,

I tried the programme called scorpion that is attached with mach3 files, my mill machine 3 axes goes fast, I finish the file within 4 minutes.

But I tried to do very simple programme that was designed by mastercam x design, my mill goes too slowly, it moves nearly 3mm in 10 minutes.

Is there some thing wrong in my programme?

What feedrates have you set in your programme and do you use metric or imperial units for Mach?

I use metric system and my faderate is 100% I tried to use more than this but acceleration stays the same.

That has a G21 which makes it metric so thats correct but the feed is only 1.5mm/min so its going to crawl. You will have to specify a faster feed when doing your part in the CAM programme.

I did as you said, you are right. I did so and everthing is fine...
Changing the feedrate in mastercam, that was the problem.
