Does Mach 3 support multiple heads on CNC routers?  If so how?  If not, will this be included in the future?

You can drive up to 6 axis at any one time,  it all depends on how you want to control the heads, if all are on a common Y and Z axis then you can have as many as you want,  if all the heads have independent movement then the 6 axis limit comes into play.

There is also an axis sub call for VB scipting. This makes it so you can tell an axis that it is the New Z axis... Works well for a two headed router

There is also the commercial way of doing it where you have all your heads mounted on a single z axis and each head is mounted on a slide that is moved by pneumatics. A signal to a relay and one head is lowered, a signal to all the relays and all the heads are lowered, and so on.
