Hi,

I have recently downloaded version 1.090.064 onto my computer, can anyone tell me why my toolpath screen looks like the attached file.

Not 100% sure but it looks like a problem I had a while back. Look under config menu then state and try setting Distance Mode to Absolute and IJ Mode to Inc.

Nearly right.
It's not the distance but the Arc's that want swapping over form Abs to INc or the other way depending on what they are now.
Very common problem.
