Problems opening Motor Tuning pop up window

I’m upgrading mach2 to mach3, but when I try to open “motor tuning” from config the window doesn’t pop up.
Is there a new way to open Motor Tuning in mach3?
I can open all the other files from config, my problem is only with Motor Tuning.

The window should pop up like the pic below. If it doesnt then try downloading and reinstalling Mach again.

I've had this happen from time to time also, As Hood stated, The only way to resolve this is to re-install Mach.
