sorry if this was asked before im new to the sight,i just started messing around with mach 3 and i plan on building my own cnc i have some cnc and machining back round and was playing around on mach to see what its like and it keeps telling me external e stop requested is there a way to shut this off i just want to mess with some g code and do the simulated program runs

Go to config menu then Ports and Pins then Inputs then scroll to E-Stop and change the active state.

You are changing the active state? or trying to disable the E-Stop?
If the former attach your xml and I will have a look, if the latter then that is correct as it is meant to be not possible to run without an E-Stop so Mach will not allow you to disable the E-Stop input.

so i bought one of these

just hoping to see some stuff more before i sink some real money
and im still getting the e stop problem have a stepper motor hooked up and changed the e stop to pin 15 as shown in the picture on e bay trying to figure out the basics here any help would be appreciated.
