Made a fixture plate a few weeks ago. I Have two Emco vises alike so I put hole patterns to match them.
I spaced all the other holes .5 apart & staggered @ 1/4".
I ended up with 186   10-32 tapped holes, I made it at work on my HAAS VF-3.

I also recieved a new dc motor, in my enclosure it is 8 decibels.
Very quite, added dro to each of the 3 axis's.
Installed 1400 cubic ft. Per hour exhaust fan, average temp 70 degrees.
