Very Newbie!  Up and running but having trouble setting soft limits!  I have set them X=48 inches  Y = 24 inches and Z is set from the top at 5 inches!  When I try to use the soft limits I get an error saying I'm not withit in limits!  That is the working size of my table!  Can anyone help this old man/

Do you have limit switches and which end of the travel are they?
X and Y Min and Z Max should be Zero
X and Y Max and Z Min should be the travel of your axis with the Z being a negative number.

If your home switches are at the positive ends of the travel you will need to set up a Home Off value equal to the distance of the axis.

In my post above I meant to say home switches, so with that in mind do you have home switches and which ends of each axis are they?

OK move Z fully up and then Ref All, you should then be able to switch on Soft Limits after you have done that.
