intreruption's in movement
« on: October 08, 2008, 02:24:19 PM »
Hello, I just installed MACH 3Mill to my computer (celeron 2,4G, 1GRam) and I calibrate the strokes of the mill machine. When I try  to move one axis, no matter which one I have some intreruption's in movement, very shorts, is about 50ms or near. I don't know from where they are coming and if is any method to can eliminate them. I tested the drives, and motors and they are OK, they are coming form LPT port.

HI automatic,
Can you provide a little more info on your system?
Using  the parallel port, stepper motors, any break out boards , pinouts are correct, double checked wiring / hookup!
Were you able to tune the motors? What sound are they making? Do they just stop?
Just need some more to go on.
