Taig CNC mill
« on: October 06, 2008, 12:43:40 AM »
Hello everyone , I bought a taig mill a few months back and am now starting to learn to run it with mach3 . for now I write my own code with the blending of wizards till I eventualy learn CAD . I just installed a vacuum pickup by the cutter bit to keep the mess down to a minimum and to also keep the path clear for the bit . the next upgrade will be DC drive with a variable speed control . I will be making parts for my remote control boating hobby and will be selling made up parts for other modelers by request . here are two videos one of the mill and the other of my other Passion . please enjoy and all comments are welcome

I have 4 right now Rich , the Stealth is capable ( black boat in video ) of almost 80 mph at 100% power , 80% is about as much as I have pushed . these are multiphase brushless motors capable of 10,000 watts output at max power (14 horsepower )
