Dear Brian & Art,

would it be possible to add U,V and W to Mach3 turn, the X,Y and Z incremental moves are a major part of turning code.  Also could we have I,K and R automatic chamfer and radius.

This may seem petty but Mach3 mill is very comprehensive and turn seems to get the raw end of the deal.

Thanks

Graham.

Hi Graham:

Turn does get the short end, no question. But it will be awhile till I can add soemthign like UVW incremental. I dont think Ill ever get raius and IK modes running like your thinking.  I need to finish the G100 plugin before I can add anythign more to MachTurn. Its sad, but its just where Im at... :)

Hi Bear:

You can, or at least you can usualy use many of the components. The lucky ones find they already have step/direction drivers in theri controls, so they need only a breakout board,
for others, they can use th emotors and poiwer suplies, and just need drivers and a breakout board. All depends on the original control. Basically, you keep whatever you can, and replace
whatever wont work in a step/direction context..
