Hello,  I am curretnly using DESKNC and everything is working fine.  The file I have attached is no problem for that software.  I was wanting to try to go to Mach 3 because of the flexible setup, but am having difficulty with the items I cut out.  Lazycam seems to want to cut the arc into pieces instead of recognizing it as a single curve.  I used proile flab to generate the dxf and all the lead-ins.  Thanks Oskie

Hi, Oskie

The pink lines are Arc's, Hears a G-code file of it. .125 cut depth.

Post your G-code file.

Thanks, Chip

Hi, Oskie

Your file has Arcs also, It's mostly that you haven't setup your Cut and Tool table settings.

Load your DXF, Clean, Optimize, Button's (Right Side).

Set "Cut", Info.Set, Rapid Hight, Cut Start, Cut Depth (Don't forget the Neg."-"), Set Layer, Set All Layers, Buttons.

Set "Tool", You'll need to Create and Update some Tools (This will give you your Feeds, Speeds and Cuts Per Pass Info.)

Give it a Try, Chip

I did what I think you said, trying to copy your JPEG, but I am not getting the proper path that you are.  I have posted again what I have after attempting to replicate your fine work.  Thanks

Hi, Oskie

Check the "Setup" page Options, Your's may be set different.

I reloaded your dxf and just posted the code with no changes and got this below (last pic.).

Thanks, Chip

I am really not getting your results, I have made my screens look like yours and am not getting anthing as good as you are getting.  It seems like my tap file isn't recogonizing when a continuous line is present so it chops up the line into a lot of smaller lines and then rapids back and forth from these tiny line segments.  Is there a file that has you setup file that I can install similar to MACH3 XML file

Hi, Oskie

Try this LCam xml, Make a copy of yours and delete your LazyCam xml, Rename this one and give it a try.

Thanks, Chip
