Never used lcam... but how do the fixture offsets work?       ???
Can you set a bottom somewhere else?                            Only way I know is to tweak the posted code
Could it be in the post somewhere?                                     ???
How about reverse posting? Can your program do that? Its like mirror...     Not sure if that would help....used to work good. May drop back a Version or 2.
How about Scaleing in Lcam? Can it do that?                        Yes....but dont see where that would help either ?
Thanks for your time, I guess I'll just tweak the code for this one.

I'm running the same version as you and I 'm not sure why you're getting the reverse Z direction.

As for the fact of LCam saving the job "data", it never does for me either and yeah, it sucks because if you want to go back and change something, you have to start from scratch all over again  >:(

Chalk it up to being beta software, I guess but they really should make you aware of this stuff before you purchase the license though  ;)

Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you-

Hey Bud, I got it to post and run OK, (explanation below) but still cannot get it to save the LAYER info. Tried all I know.
Maybe Chip has a fix for it.

Chip, I was just hitting "Set Layer" only.. being the job was only 1 layer. The only thing I did different was to hit "set layer", and then "set all layers" like you said. Then it posted correctly and ran well.
Now....know why it wont save the layer tab info ?

Thanks Guys,
RC

Glad to hear it, my friend.

As a side note, I asked over at the Mach 3 Yahoo forum if there was a way that the data could be saved and Art actually replied and said his saves it so I'm waiting on a reply to see how he goes about doing that.

Cool Budman....keep us posted of any updates if you will.
And keep you fingers crossed for LTurn as well....it looks to be very promising.
Thanks again, I'm grateful for all the help I can get.

Hi, RC, Bud

No answers hear. The Bata ver. (Pro) was $60.00, now $75.00, That get you a full release ver. When it comes out it will be $150.00, I Think.

Hopefully there will be further work at some point, Id' start a note book or TXT file for the data you need to keep.

Thanks, Chip

Well, it's interesting as one of the fellas over there says his saves it just fine and another says some of his files save and some don't so I honestly don't know what to say here. Luck of the draw maybe? lol!!

Ah well, we'll wait and see-  :)
