C:\Mach3\Mach3.exe is not a valid Win32 application
« on: May 06, 2008, 09:55:39 AM »
Hello, I am getting this message, (C:\Mach3\Mach3.exe is not a valid Win32 application) when I try to open Mach3. I have the license for both Mach3 and Sheetcam.
Using sheetcam and THC300 post processor, I can post but mach3 will not open. All I get is this message C:\Mach3\Mach3.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
Any help. I get tired Uninstalling and reinstalling mach3. Thanx

Have you had Mach running and this has just happened?
What are the specs of the computer and is this a clean install of the operating system on a newly formatted drive?

Yes I have had it running with Lazycam. I just started using sheetcam when this happened. I think it is something to do with sheetcam.

Can you do a system restore to a point before you installed SheetCAM to see if things go back to normal, dont see why SheetCAM should interfere but from what you say it looks like it has. If the restore gets you working again then you could try and install it again and see if the error occurs, if it does then you may be best speaking to the SheetCAM guys to see if they have any idea why it would do this.
