axis trouble
« on: April 27, 2008, 03:43:03 AM »
1. someone save me some time, all of a sudden, my a axis goes in the opposite direction that is programmed..
2....after calibrating my y axis, now, it adds my moves together, like .125 in x direction moves correctly, then .250=.375. all the axises are doing this.
  larry ???

To reverse and axis go to config menu then homing and limits and change whatever you have in the reverse box for that axis.
Your second problem sounds like you have Mach in Incremental mode rather than Absolute, Put a G90 in the MDI line and press enter on your keyboard, alternatively go to the Config menu then General Config and select Absolute from the Distance mode.
