Ahha driver and Mach 3
« on: March 19, 2006, 12:23:55 AM »
I decided to upgrade my AHHA retrofit from the Artisan software to the Mach 3 controller mostly because i heard good things about constant velocity with Mach 3.  I have had no luck with getting it up and running.  I'm almost 100% sure that the pin outs I have in the instruction manual and have downloaded from the net are not correct for the driver I have!

Can anyone tell me where to get pinouts for a RC500 12-2?  I have customers waiting on parts and my machine is down until I get the new controller to work.

Is it a 37pin on the RC500? If so it should be the same cable...

I am trying to do the same thing.  Take an AH HA retrofit and turn it into a Mach based machine.  Any advice, comments, concerns?

I can't help with the problem your having but I've already moved my mill from AHHA artisan to Mach3 and I haven't regretted it one bit.
