CUSTOM MIRRORS FOR A CHOPPER
« on: March 11, 2008, 10:32:39 PM »
These are custom mirrors made for a friends chopper. Was a fun favor to do.
All most all the work done using CNC including the mirrors.

Nice mirrors -  Several questions.

1)  Are the mirror heads adjustable? Or, does rider have to adjust by turning the stems?

2)  If the heads are adjustable; Where did you get the mounting shaft? Or, how did you machine the ball and shaft.

3) What did you use to mill the glass?

Thanks

Good job Rich, they look great.
A little big though, might try to reduce them to 800 x 600 as well as the grim reaper.  ;)
