threading not as shown on wizard

I finally have my spindle working nicely.I added a second port and pci card.
Worked for hours with tying to get it going through pins 13 or 15 on my
campbell bob.Put in a cnc4pc c11 bob and the pci card, set up time 10 min.,
turned on lathe and with a few adjustments had the spindle speed perfect.
Tested with handheld tach and the numbers match. Now trying to get the tpi to match
what is programed on the threading wizard.I get about 1/2 the value ie.,
.05 pitch gives a thread with about a .025 pitch on the work. What now.

Is the speed DRO reading correctly?

I ended up making a new disk with one slot.It now looks good.
See what a bit of fishing can do to refresh the brain.I had 2 slots before and perhaps it was reading as 2 revs,
although my spindle speed was right ?

Certainly sounds like it, If you have more than one slot you need to use the Timing Input rather than the Index. Also you need to have one slot larger than the others. Looks like you are sorted though so happy threading :)
