Just finished my new table and controller "In a World of S***"
« on: February 08, 2008, 11:32:51 PM »
I have been using Mach3 for a while on a small table with steppers. I built a new table. Now I'm using servo's. In my control box I'm using Gecho's 320 drivers. The unit run great in jog mode. It moves the way it is suppose to when you press the + or - button's. But when I try to run code it goes nuts. It runs very rough and loses step's and usually goes the wrong way. I have tried everthing I can think of. Would someone Please Help.
Thanks Ed

Hi, Ed

Did you use g00 moves or Shift + Arrow key to tune your Velocity & Acceleration settings ?

On the Program Run Screen what's your Feed-rate set to ?, Hit the TAB key, What's the Slow-Jog Rate set to ?

If thay aren't set to 100 then your tuming is probably off.

Use Home & Limit's to reverse any axis that run's the wrong way.

A little TLC should fix it.

Hope this Helps, Chip
