According to recent MACH plugins page,now it's seemed no license required for G100 to reject 1 hour limitation.
Also it's seemed 50$ payment needs for license and support.

What version of MACH does work without 1 hour limitation?

Last September i bought one G100 and purchased the license(G100Lic.dat).

Should i have to pay extra 50$ for further firmware?

No, you do not need to pay the $50 again - Steve should have the list of everyone who had previously paid for the firmware...
