Would there any one out there ,that could tell me if there any setting beside motor tuning ,that could make a distortion in my milling ,i mill wax ,round become oval and square become rectangle,
On a flat or rotary it is the same ,motor tuning is fine i made a block 10mm and that came out fine ,but as soon as i load a toolpath in it goes wacky.HELP

Hi, Johan
Could be a backlash problem, how far off is the square and circle.
Check in Config, General Config, Are you in Exact Stop Mode, Should be.
Try reducing your Feed Rate, Program Run Screen, Override down arrow.
Thanks, Chip

Please put a G61 at the start of your file and test a G12 I.5 F10 move. Do you get a nice round circle?
Thanks
