I have a problem installing Mach 4 on a Windows 7 computer that I have been using for years with Mach 3. I successfully installed Mach 4 on a Windows 11 laptop with no problem and could connect to the Pokeys board, and Mach 4 runs fine. On the Windows 7 computer, I have installed the Pokeys app, and when it is opened, it sees the pokeys board and all is good, but when you turn off the app and load Mach 4, it does not find the Pokeys board. I have uninstalled Mach 4 and have loaded the latest version, and still no joy.
Are there any tricks to get Mach 4 to find the Pokeys board? I have tried both the Ethernet and the USB connections.
Is there something that needs to be enabled on the Pokeys app?
