M\CH3 AND TB6560

Hi All
My old board packed up after 15+ years so I bought this one attached.
The trouble is
When I press reset (FLASHING) the drives lock and nothing works.
When I clear reset (NOT FLASING) the drives are free and I can turn them by hand, loas and run g codes but no movement (EXCEPT ON DISPLAYS)
Any suggestions?
Graham

The enable input works backward to what you may think. The previous board may have been different. If you leave the enable unconnected the drive should be powered and respond to the drive signals.
The data sheet you provided says the output is reduced when there are no clock pulses, saving power when the system is in standby. As you probably don't spend much time in standby the enable really isn't saving much additional power.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I changed the enable inputs and it worked.
Again Thank You
