Mach3 Jerky

Hello, first of all, I would like to say that the same driver and stepper motors were previously working flawlessly on a different CNC with the red card shown in the picture. My current problem is that while the motors can move smoothly and comfortably using the handwheel or keyboard arrow keys, when I enter commands like G0X5F1000 or G1X5F1000 in the MDI screen, the motors move 1-2 mm and then, every 2-3 seconds, make a sound and move in very small steps, completing the command in about 1-2 minutes. I have also added a picture of the card I am currently using, along with a video showing these movements. Lastly, I have included my Mach3 configuration XML file. Could you help me?

For clarity, just which controller are you using to get the problem? Presumably the lower one?
My immediate thought is that you might be trying to move the axes too fast at F1000 for the controller.  If you change that to F100 does the problem persist?
